Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times As we work with international suppliers, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery to UK addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

We know this is longer than high street shopping — but it's how we're able to bring you quality products at great prices.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to update.

Customs & Import As some products are shipped internationally, occasional customs delays may occur. These are outside our control but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
